BACKGROUND & PHILOSOPHY
I have spent the past twenty years successfully bringing product to market for New Balance, Puma, The North Face and Bicycle Blue Book, and the early years at Patagonia in retail, sales and marketing. Currently in addition to my work with Two Turns, I own and operate First Mile Cycle Works in Lafayette, CA.
I find so many parallels from the outdoors in the business world. Before I got behind a desk, I spent formative years as an outdoor instructor and expedition leader. This experience taught me a down-to-earth, level headed approach; an ability to see the big picture and triage the path to success. I have combined my professional experience and deep connection to the outdoors into a proven process that drives results. I have honed this process managing complex projects, leading large cross-functional teams and bringing some of the industry's most innovative and commercially successful products to market.
